2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

At Eter Origin, we process the information provided to us by interested parties for the following purposes:

  • Request management:To address, classify, and manage inquiries, preliminary assessments, and appointment requests received through our web forms. Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

  • Commercial and corporate follow-up:To maintain contact with the user (via email, instant messaging such as WhatsApp, or phone) to send information related to our consulting services, corporate updates, or follow up on their request. Legal basis: The user's express consent when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in commercial development (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).

  • Service execution:To formalize and execute the required international corporate structuring services. Legal basis: Execution of the fiduciary contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. DATA RETENTION

The personal data provided will be retained for the strictly necessary time to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Users and potential clients (Leads):They will be retained for a maximum period of two (2) years from the last contact or interaction by the user, after which they will be deleted.

  • Confirmed clients:They will be retained as long as the contractual relationship is maintained and, after its termination, for the legally required periods (up to 10 years) for addressing possible liabilities arising from processing, tax regulations, and anti-money laundering.

4. RECIPIENTS AND DATA COMMUNICATION

To provide our services with the highest quality, Eter Origin shares data with service providers who act as Data Processors under strict confidentiality standards. These include our cloud infrastructure and CRM providers.

International Data Transfers:

Due to the nature of corporate structuring services, when a user initiates the contracting process, their strictly necessary data will be communicated to our fiduciary offices and corporate collaborators located in the United States for the execution of the service and registration of entities. This transfer is strictly necessary for the execution of the contract in the interest of the data subject (Art. 49.1.b and 49.1.c GDPR).

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Eter Origin is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.

  • Request correction (if inaccurate) or deletion.

  • Request limitation of processing.

  • Object to processing (for example, to stop receiving commercial communications).

  • Request data portability.

The user can exercise these rights by sending an email to info@eterorigin.com, attaching a copy of their identity document and indicating the right they wish to exercise. Additionally, if they believe their rights have not been properly addressed, they have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
